As Munna Bhai spends more time in the college, he develops a genuine interest in medicine and begins to learn about the profession.Suman Asthana (played by Gracy Singh), a respected and compassionate medical student. However, Munna Bhai's secret identity and the truth about his lack of medical qualifications threaten to unravel his new life.

The film takes a serious turn when Munna Bhai's father falls critically ill, and he has to confront his deception. The story explores the themes of love, friendship, the importance of empathy, and the flaws in the medical system.
